From pre-work to implementation program. I have carefully thought through every step of development. Thanks to that the participants are more engaged and they benefit more.

Most of the training time we use active learning methods like games, scenarios, role plays, simulations etc. The participants enjoy them more and remember conclusions from the excersise much better.

Participants of my trainings appreciate open and friendly atmosphere. We freely share know-how, discuss real-life problems and find solutions to them. During workshops you will free to be yourself.

I create my own exercises and training games. Thanks to that everything is fresh, new, and existing for the participants. As a result, they engage more in the workshop and remember more from it.

At each training. the participants receive a toolbox - a dozen techniques that are very easy to apply. After the workshop they will be able to solve any problem related to the topic of training with one of the known tools.

With the help of "The master and the pupil", "The letter from the future" and other techniques the participants will remember for a long time key information from the training.

During each training the participants are designing great habits connected with the topic of the workshop. With their help it will be much easier to implement new skills and know-how into practice.

I quote a lot of research during each training. The knowledge I present isn't only my opinion, but it is scientifically proven. Because of that it works.

For the participants training is only first step in developing useful skills. After the workshop they listen to 15-day audio course, that reminds of crucial information as well as adds new content. Everything in easy to digest form o 3-5 minute lessons.
