The training begins with stress management techniques, teaching participants how to handle difficult emotions, anticipate challenges, and use breathing and relaxation exercises to reduce stress.

Participants will also learn to create a welcoming and safe learning environment by engaging in small talk, remembering names, and using icebreakers and energizers to build a positive group atmosphere.

The ABCD model for introductions is presented to help trainers capture attention, build credibility, and clearly communicate the benefits and agenda of a session.

The course covers the contracting process, ensuring trainers set clear, mutually agreed-upon ground rules.

The workshop also dives into exercise facilitation, including setting clear objectives, giving detailed instructions, and ensuring participants understand the task thoroughly before starting.

Trainers will learn to monitor and support participants during exercises, intervene when necessary, and maintain time management and engagement throughout the session.

The training emphasizes the importance of feedback after exercises, focusing on emotional debriefing, identifying what worked well, discussing areas for improvement, and developing actionable strategies for future tasks.
